The App is designed to store reminder information and associated photos locally on your device. The App does not require you to create an account.

Under the current design, reminder information is not intentionally uploaded to a server operated by amdsoft.

Your reminders may be lost if you clear the App's data, uninstall the App, or remove associated photos. Please keep separate copies of any photos you want to preserve.

4. Photos and Media Permissions

You choose which photos to attach to reminders. Photos are used to display the selected image alongside the relevant reminder.

The App does not need access to all your photos when you use a system photo picker that grants access only to selected images. If you use a camera feature, camera access may be requested to take a photo for a reminder.

The App does not intentionally use your selected photos for advertising or sell them to third parties.

5. Notifications and Alarms

The App may schedule alarms and display notifications to remind you about saved tasks.

Notification and alarm permissions may be required, depending on your Android version and device settings. You can manage these permissions through your device's system settings.

If you choose a custom ringtone, the App may use your selected sound to alert you when a reminder is due. Alarm delivery may be affected by battery restrictions, notification settings, or other Android system limitations.

6. Information Sharing

The App is not designed to sell, rent, or share your locally stored reminder details or photos with third parties.

The current design does not require an account or an amdsoft-operated cloud service. If future versions introduce advertising, analytics, cloud synchronization, or other third-party services, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain the applicable data practices.

7. Third-Party Services

The App is intended to operate using local device functionality and Android system services. Android may process information as part of providing its operating system features.

You can delete individual reminders through the App's available controls. Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage may remove locally stored reminder information.

Photos saved separately in your device's gallery may remain there after you delete a reminder or uninstall the App. Delete those files separately if you no longer need them.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not designed to collect children's personal information through an account or an amdsoft-operated server. If future versions introduce services that collect personal information, the applicable child privacy requirements will be addressed before those features are released.
